近日北京警方一舉打掉一個非法倒賣進京落戶指標的16人犯罪團伙。這一團伙與企業人事部門勾結，借助網絡發布所謂招工信息，向非京籍應屆畢業生非法售賣北京戶口。請看新華社的報道：Beijing police have busted a gang illegally selling resident permits for the city, the municipal public security bureau confirmed on Monday.經北京公安局周一證實，北京警方剛打掉一個非法倒賣進京戶口指標的犯罪團伙。非法倒賣進京戶口指標就是illegally selling resident permits for Beijing，戶口正式的英文表達是registered permanent residence或household registrations，北京戶口也可以簡單地用Beijing hukou來表達。該團伙先后為80余名非京籍大學本科、碩士畢業生辦理了進京落戶，非法牟利總計300余萬元。現在，13名涉案犯罪嫌疑人因涉嫌buying and selling official documents（交易國家機關公文罪）和abuse of power（濫用職權罪）已被檢察機關依法批準逮捕。
