1. How are things is an informal1 way of saying How are you. You would use it informally2 with someone you know well. (如何)是(你怎么樣)的非正式說法。對你很熟知的人可以用這種說法。
2. If you are tired, perhaps after a long hard day at work, you can say:I'm tired. 假如你累了,比如:做了一天的工作,你可以說:I'm tired 。
