Well the verb "to build," the noun "building," and I think it‘s just all that it‘s in a relationship.
build是動詞，building是名詞，我想這就像一種聯(lián)系。
I guess that‘s just what the name was called for it. A construction worker said, "Um, when are we gonna build this building?" or missaid something and then the manager caught on and started calling it a building.
我想這便是咱們對它的稱呼。建筑工會說：“嗯，咱們什么時間建這座大樓？”或者他們說錯了話，不過司理了解了他的意思，所以開端稱之為building大樓。

I‘m a teacher. You‘re asking the wrong man that question.

Say, "I forgot my homework. I‘ll bring it the next day," and that should do it.

Bring it the next day if you couldn‘t do it with like a parent‘s signature.

Ask for like maybe a half credit because, over all, that was your fault.

The first time, you can probably speak to the teacher and say, "I‘m sorry. I forgot my homework." But if it happens again, you‘re out of luck.
首次的話，你可以和老師說：“抱歉，我忘了做作業(yè)了。”可是倘若你第三忘做作業(yè)，那你就太倒霉了。
Honesty is the best policy. You gotta go in, you gotta talk to your teacher, and you gotta say, "I‘m sorry I forgot it," and maybe you take a lower grade or something.
誠實為上策。你應(yīng)該去和老師說：“抱歉，我忘做作業(yè)了。”可能你會得到較低的分數(shù)。
Thank the teacher for an extension and let the teacher know that you promise to do the homework and that you will have it to her or him at X time.

I shouldn‘t be saying this, but I‘m really good at lying. So if you make it up, sounding like you were busy, sometimes teachers will let it go.

I doubt this will work, but if you‘re really desperate you could try making up an elaborate excuse. "The aliens abducted5 me on this morning, and I — they took my homework with them!"
盡管我非常懷疑這個辦法有沒用，不過倘若你非常絕望，你可以試著編個巧妙的借口。譬如：“今日早上外星人綁架了我，他們拿走了我的作業(yè)！”
